My advice to anyone thinking about filing bankruptcy is to not worry about it. At first I felt that it wasn't something that I would ever do, but then again I never expected to lose my job. It's been 5 months since I got a discharge (actually Ron and Maria got it), and I can't beleive how good I feel. I was lucky that I could keep my house and car, and quite honestly I don't feel any different, except that I don't owe thousands of dollars anymore. I actually got letters in the mail for credit cards, and got my first post-bankruptcy credit card already. I highly recommend Ron and Maria.

The hardest part was getting all of my paperwork together. After that, it was just a matter of sitting down with Ron and answering some questions. The credit counseling is a joke. It's so easy it's rediculous. The creditors meeting was a joke too. Just show up, and it's over basically. Ron made the whole process so easy, and I can start over. I'll be more careful with my spending this time though!

I met with two other lawyers before hiring Maria. I think the right lawyer not only has to be smart, but also has to be nice. Maria is a sweetheart, and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. I'll never regret filing for bankruptcy. I sleep better now. Thanks.

Totally glad I made the decision. It was getting to the point where I felt like I was working only to send it all out in bills at the end of the month. Now I'm making payments that aren't so bad, and I didnt lose anything (except some credit of course). It's hard for be to even believe that bankruptcy is an option. It almost seems to good to be true. Ron and Marie did a great job, and it really was easy.
